Terms and conditions of transfer between colleges

 The Ministry of Higher Education will begin to reduce the number of "remittances" for students of the first and second stage next Saturday for a period of 3 days, according to the conditions set by the Supreme Council of Universities. 
The conditions for reducing emigration include the following: 
First: Converting to an Unmatched Faculty: 
1. A student who has been nominated in the coordination process in a college outside or within its geographical area (a) may apply for transfer to a non-corresponding faculty in its geographical area (a) only where the administrative administration is located at the secondary school, Availability of the following:

2. The student obtains the minimum number of grades accepted by the college to be transferred to it (regularity / enrollment). 
With regard to the corresponding conversion to reduce alienation in the colleges that apply the admission systems (regularity - directed affiliation), the following is observed: 
3. The condition that the rest of the rules of admission to the college should be met, such as success in the capacity tests, if any. For example, a student at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Assiut, who is from the province of Gharbia can apply for transfer to a college other than the Faculty of Engineering (Science, Sport, Arts, Commerce, etc.) at Tanta University where Tanta University is located in geographical area. A total shall be met to the minimum of the faculty to be transferred to. 

Second: Conversion to a corresponding college: A student who has been nominated in a college outside his / her geographical area shall be allowed to apply for transfer to a corresponding college in his / her geographical area only, regardless of the minimum number of grades accepted by the college to be transferred to. Al-Gharbia Governorate can transfer to the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University where it is located within the geographic range (A) according to the order of the student among the students wishing to transfer.

In the case of more than one corresponding college in the geographical area (a), a student who has been nominated for a college outside the geographical range (a) is allowed to transfer to the corresponding lower-level college in his or her geographical area. For example, (392, 391, 390, 388, 387). Only the corresponding transfer of the minimum faculty to the minimum is allowed according to the order of the student among the students who wish to transfer. 

With regard to the corresponding conversion to reduce alienation in the colleges that apply the admission systems (regularity - directed affiliation), the following is observed:

First: In case the student is nominated to a college (regularity) and wants to transfer to a corresponding college to reduce the alienation, then the transfer in this case according to the minimum admission in each of the two systems at the transfer between these colleges as follows in accordance with the Board's decision Higher Universities:

 In the event that the student is nominated to a college (regularity) and wishes to transfer to a corresponding college to reduce the alienation, then the transfer is in this case according to the following
 If the student has a total score exceeding the minimum of the total score of (directed affiliation) accepted by the college to which he wishes to transfer it is registered if the approval of the conversion according to the system (regularity).
If the student has a total score equal to or less than the minimum of the total score of the (directed affiliation) accepted by the college to which he wishes to transfer, he will be registered if the transfer is approved according to the system (directed affiliation). 

- Transfers are accepted within a percentage determined by the Supreme Council of Universities at a rate of 10% of the places determined for each college and according to the absorptive capacity of the colleges. 

The Faculty of Urban Planning in Cairo is one of the unique colleges and has no views, and the conversion from or to them is subject to the transfer system for non-corresponding colleges. 

The Faculty of Electronic Engineering at the University of Menoufia and the Faculty of Engineering of Petroleum and Mining at Suez University of Suez and Energy Engineering in Aswan University of Aswan are considering the rest of the faculties of engineering of the other Egyptian universities only for the new students and candidates of the junior high school and they are accepted outside the geographical and regional distribution

The Faculty of Medicine in Ismailia University of Suez Canal is considered a competition for the other medical colleges in the Egyptian universities and is accepted according to the rules of geographical distribution and is transferred to or from the medical colleges in universities

Students of the Mit Ghamr Center in Dakahlia Governorate are transferred to Zagazig University Colleges as a geographical area for them.
